At 4udeals, your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    • Returned with original packaging
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

👕 Apparel Return Policy

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

  1. Visit: www.4udeals.com/returns
  2. Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Choose between:
    • Exchange: Shop using your return credit.
    • Refund: Processed back to the original payment method.
  5. Select your preferred return method:
    • Box & Ship: Print a prepaid shipping label and drop the item off at the nearest carrier location.
    • Drop-off Return Bar: If available in your area, generate a QR code and drop off at a local return partner.

Once received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund or new order.


🧾 Refunds & Shipping Fees

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
  • Express shipping fees (2-Day or 1-Day) are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
  • Returns mailed to our warehouse without approval through the return system may be refused or lost.
  • 4udeals is not responsible for non-4udeals merchandise returned to our facility.

🛍️ Third-Party Purchases

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (online or in-store) must be returned to the original seller.
  • If you’re unable to return to the original location, contact us at [email protected] for possible exchange options.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items from unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
